American artist Sarah Graham creates quite tasty paintings. Focusing on all kinds of candies, she creates hiper-realistic paintings that one could easily mistake for photographies.
That wouldn’t be completely wrong, as she always uses a photographic reference, later represented on canvas through acrylic paint. “Over the years, I’ve been developing a specific painting method capable of creating a three-dimensional illusion”, she states. Precise execution, vivid colors and blury background are some of the artist’s technical features.
