Crono is a Portuguese urban art project that invites local and worldwide artists to develop interventions on some of Lisbon’s derelict places. Divided in four phases, the initiative is scheduled to end next June, with a final exhibition and conference.
On its two first phases, occurred in June and October of 2010, the project filled the city’s buildings with the colors and traces of artists such as OsGemeos, Blu, Ericailcane and Sam3.
Some of the works developed there have already become worldwide graffiti icons, and by the end of the project’s schedule Lisbon should offer people one of the world’s most interesting urban art itineraries. Check out:
